What a great week!!! At this point I am realizing more and more how blessed
we were with the cool weather of Senior High II (hoodies at campfire - hard
to believe). Senior High II 2007 is one of the greatest weeks of camp that
I have ever been a part of. That is saying alot. I have been in youth
ministry for 20 years and have deaned about 15 different weeks of camp.
What started out being a little bit of a challenging week ended up a great
week that impacted many lives. My prayer is that the memories made at camp
will somehow stay inbedded in the minds of campers and faculty alike and as
a result help us be more like Christ. Hopefully our theme, "Are You Smarter
Than...the World" will help us remember how we are to be alot less like the
world than we are. God bless!
